Returns and Exchanges

Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be in original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Returns Procedure
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Please pack the item securely and include a copy of the original order invoice or packing slip.
Please ship the product to the address provided by our customer support team. Please make sure your return package is properly insured and trackable.

return shipping cost
Unless the return is a result of our error (e.g. incorrect item delivered, defective product), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In these cases, we provide prepaid return shipping labels.

Refunds and Exchanges
We will process a refund or exchange after we receive and check the returned product.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact Customer Support within 7days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the product and provide a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.

Non-returnable items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

Earrings, masks and women's underwear cannot be returned.
Swimwear can only be returned unworn with original tags intact and sanitary panel in place.
